Timothy W Rourke has been involved in financial services for almost 30 years in Connecticut. He started a financial services company because he felt that 'Big Banks' were not properly fulfilling the communities needs. Joseph DeAngelo - Senior Vice President
Joe DeAngelo has worked in bank operations and credit underwriting for over 25 years. He has extensive knowledge in all facets of consumer lending and operations. Prior to joining CTreversemortgage.com, his experience included working for Connecticut National Bank, Security Pacific Auto Finance and The Bank of New Haven. Kenneth Penfield - Manager
Ken Penfield has been in banking for more than 20 years and as a lifelong resident of Southington, he has established a solid reputation as a trusted community banker. Ken currently manages the Mortgage Department at CTreversemortgage.com, which includes six loan officers who originate both conventional and reverse mortgages. Ken was excited to lead CTreversemortgage.com in becoming one of the first financial institutions to offer the Reverse Mortgage product in Connecticut and can attest to the popularity and necessity of this program within our senior population. Ken continues to reside in Southington with his wife, Jessica; sons, Nathan and Justin; and recently-adopted dog, Luke.

Gail Carabetta - Mortgage Processor
Gail Carabetta comes to CTreversemortgage.com with many years experience in servicing at banks and mortgage companies. She now handles all aspects of processing and closing on our reverse mortgages. Gail feels that "Reverse Mortgage are very exciting and very different. It always gives me great pleasure when you have made a difference. It gives me such great joy to be able to work with and be part of this great team". At home Gail loves to work in the yard. If she is not outside then she enjoys baking. She lives with her husband John and her dog Brandi.
