Tim has been involved in financial services for almost 30 years in Connecticut. He has worked in banks and other institutions and has found that the most gratifying work has been assisting people in obtaining loans and mortgages. He started BCI because he felt that “Big Banks” were not properly fulfilling the communities needs. Tim's philosophy in business is to give the customer superior customer service and the customer will keep coming back or recommend you to their friends.
Tim lives in Wolcott with his wife Mary Ellen and his dogs Bentley and Kerry and his two cats, Mercedes and Benz.

Ken Penfield has been in community banking for more than 20 years and as a lifelong resident of Southington, where he has established a solid reputation as a trusted lender. Ken currently manages the Mortgage Department at BCI Financial Mortgage Corporation, which includes numerous loan officers who originate conventional , commercial and Reverse Mortgages. Ken was excited to lead BCI Financial in becoming one of the first financial institutions to offer the Reverse Mortgage product in Connecticut. His experience as a dedicated mortgage lender has allowed him to help many people achieve their dream of home ownership.
Ken continues to reside in Southington with his wife, Jessica; sons, Nathan and Justin; and his dog, Luke.. Ken feels that “making low cost mortgages for consumers is a wonderful way to help a community to grow and prosper.”

Kevin began his career by earning his B.A. in Business Administration from St. Michael's College and later earning his M.A. in Business Administration from the University of New Haven.
Since then he has held many acclaimed positions with several of the country's top mortgage companies. As holder of these and other key positions such as Branch Manager and Vice President, Kevin's common responsibility included operation of local branches and the origination of mortgage loans.
Kevin founded Constitution Mortgage in 1990 and has excelled at getting difficult mortgages done for his customers. He also maintains relationships with many lenders with production throughout the State of Connecticut.

Susan began her career in finance with Connecticut Savings Bank where she worked as a teller. She then went to work for Countrywide Mortgage as an Underwriter of Conventional Mortgages for American Mortgage Services as a Loan Officer, where she was assigned to six real estate offices.
Sue has been with BCI/Constitution for many years and works as a loan officer. On a day-to-day basis, she utilizes her computer skills as well as her financial background and her great personality to assist clients with their financial needs.

Mike has been in the credit industry for over 30 years. He was Vice President of the Credit Bureau of Connecticut for 27 years with Marketing as one of his primary areas of responsibility. Mike has been extremely active in the credit industry, including extensive work with many of the trade organizations. Prior to the Credit Bureau, Mike worked for several financial institutions as a lender. Mike feels that “working with financial organizations to assist them in delivering high quality products like Reverse Mortgages is very satisfying.”
Mike lives in Wallingford with his wife Pam, and one of the things he loves most in life is spending time with his grandchildren.

Gail works with customers, appraisers, lawyers and mortgage companies to assure the best possible outcome for every mortgage. At home Gail loves to garden and, when not outside, she enjoys baking. She lives with her husband John and their dog Tabitha.

Helen has worked in the mortgage banking industry for more than 20 years. She began her career at CenterBank in post closing before moving on to mortgage processing at Wachovia and Bank of America, mortgage closings for MCA, and mortgage underwriting for PMI at CitiMortgage.
While having experience with larger lenders and national wholesale brokers, she prefers working with smaller companies and dealing personally with Connecticut homeowners: “A customer at BCI is treated like family. We are small enough to work with you… but big enough to work for you.”

Bill has been involved in the residential mortgage banking business for 25 years. He has financed thousands of residential units over his mortgage lending career as a regional mortgage company general manager and as a mortgage broker. Bill is experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial mortgage lending including construction lending, mixed-use lending and refinancing. He has served on the board of directors for the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce and the Wallingford Rotary Club.
Bill and his wife Pam are the proud parents of three sons: Matthew, Jeffrey, and Christopher.
